PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED
We bill twice a month on the 15th and the last day of the month.
Currently, payment is accepted via paypal only.
We will send your Medical Billing Invoice to you via email each month.
Payment is due upon receipt and no later than 3 days afterwards.
If we fail to bill you on time, you will not be penalized.
If payment is not received within this time frame, a 2% late fee will be accessed to your account on the next billing.
We do understand that things happen beyond your control which might delay the payments. If such an event occurs, all we ask is that you contact us and make us aware of your situation, when we can expect payment and we will not access the late fee.
